Emergency Situations Notice

While I strive to provide timely responses to all inquiries, please note that I do not handle psychiatric or medical emergencies through this website or email. If you or someone you know is experiencing a psychiatric or medical emergency, please take one of the following actions immediately:

  • Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
  • Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 or visit their website at suicidepreventionlifeline.org for 24/7 support.

These resources are available for immediate assistance. If you are unsure whether your situation constitutes an emergency, err on the side of caution and seek help immediately.

They provide services on a walk-in basis to individuals of all ages who are experiencing a mental health and/or co-occurring substance abuse crisis.
